Claims and Disputes
- Only the registered player may submit complaints. In accordance with Article 1.3, Section c of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, ‘LOK’), selling, donating, renting out, leasing, pawning, or pledging any of your claims under any title is prohibited.
- Claims and disputes will not be considered if submitted more than six months after the date on which the original bet was settled. All long-term bets can be checked by viewing the 'Bet History' page online. In this way, you can verify that they are accurate.
- While a complaint may be submitted within six months, please be aware that, due to the nature of live (in-play) betting, some related data is retained only for a limited time and may become unavailable shortly after the event. Therefore, we strongly recommend reporting any concerns as soon as possible, as prompt action may be required.
- We will first provide you with assistance and try to resolve your concern when you contact us. If you would like to proceed further, please submit a complaint using our complaint form (Marathonbet.com Complaint Form) and send the completed document, via email, to [email protected]. If you need further assistance, please refer to the 'Contact Us' section on our website for more information.
- We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. After receiving your complaint, we will confirm its receipt via email within one week. We aim to assess and respond to complaints within four weeks. If more time is required due to complexity or missing information, we may extend this period by up to an additional four weeks after sending you prior written notice.
Responsible gaming complaints are prioritised. We will confirm receipt within two days and aim to resolve such complaints within five business days, with a maximum extension of two weeks if needed. - Any complaint or dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, a transaction, or any other matter shall be resolved through our complaints procedure prior to pursuing any other legal or equitable remedy.
- If a complaint or dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure, such unresolved complaint or dispute may be referred by either party to Resolvo Curaçao to be settled by binding alternative dispute resolution. The alternative dispute resolution proceedings are free of cost for the player.
- For information regarding the alternative dispute resolution procedure and Resolvo Curaçao or to submit a claim, visit www.resolvocuracao.com or send an email to [email protected].
- If you believe that we have violated any regulatory requirements, you have the right to contact the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The CGA will investigate any potential breaches of regulations but will not interfere in the individual complaint resolution process.
