Events Beyond Our Control

Events may be deemed beyond our reasonable control and thus a force majeure event. Such circumstances may prevent us from providing all or part of the website and/or the games, or fulfilling any of our obligations as dictated under these Rules. Such force majeure events may include, but are not limited to, an outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, acts of any government or authority (including, but not limited to, any refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), pandemics or epidemics, fires, explosions, floods, theft, malicious damage, strikes, collective dismissals or industrial action of any kind.
