Who can participate in our Loyalty Program?
The Loyalty Program is available for all customers who can place bets on www.marathonbet.com.
What are loyalty points?
Loyalty points are an internal 'currency' of the Loyalty Program, which you can earn by placing qualifying sports bets or bets on Casino or Live Casino.
How can I use my loyalty points?
Loyalty points can be used to obtain Bonuses and prizes from the bonus catalogue.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You can earn points by placing sports bets or bets on Casino or Live Casino.
Loyalty points are credited for every €20 (or currency equivalent) staked on Casino or Live Casino. Bets in these sections are counted separately for the €20 combined wager.
Void bets and opposite bets (bets on red and black, on even and odd or other similar bets) will not qualify for loyalty points.
A sports bet is a qualifying bet if it entails:
- stakes of at least €0.10 (or currency equivalent)
- odds of at least 1.30.
You can bet on any pre-match or live market. Single bets must have minimum odds of 1.30. For double, treble or accumulator bets, the combined odds must be 1.30 or greater. For multiple type bets, each part of a multiple bet must have minimum odds of 1.30.
If a double, treble or accumulator contains matches that are postponed, or a selection that is a non-runner, and the combined odds become less than 1.30, the bet will still stand but won’t qualify for loyalty points.

Loyalty points are awarded once bets have been settled.
Bets placed using Free Bets or the Bonus Balance, as well as Cashed Out bets, will not be considered qualifying bets nor awarded loyalty points.
Cancelled bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.
Bets placed in the sections listed below will not be eligible for loyalty points:

What does the rate of earning loyalty points depend on?
The rate of earning points depends on:
(a) your stakes (the higher the stake, the more points you get) and (b) your current loyalty level (the higher the level, the more points you earn for the same stake and bet).
How do I know how many loyalty points I have on my account?
You can always check your current Loyalty Program points balance (a) under the My Account section of the site or (b) on the Loyalty Program page.
How many loyalty levels are there?
There are seven levels in the Loyalty Program.
What is my current loyalty level?
Your current loyalty level is displayed on the progress bar on the Loyalty Program page.
How do I get to the next loyalty level?
The next loyalty level is listed in the bonus catalogue. You can advance to the next level in exchange for a set number of loyalty points.
What happens if I don't use my loyalty points?
Loyalty points have an expiry date. If you don't use the points, they will expire in 11 months, starting from the month when they were earned (e.g., points earned in January will expire at the end of December).
