  1. The start of a race, session, stage, etc. is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap. Any driver on the grid at this time and failing to be classified as finished under governing body rules will be deemed to be a runner and a non-finisher.
  2. In the event of a race, session, stage, etc. being abandoned or postponed with no official result declared, all bets will be void unless the market result has already been determined.
  3. Bets on team results in a single race, session, stage, etc. will be settled based on the results of the drivers achieving the highest place for their respective teams.
  4. Qualifying Markets: Bets will be settled according to the positions and times set during the final qualifying session. For the purposes of this bet, any subsequent adjustments of grid positions shall be disregarded. This rule also applies to match-up bets or other Qualifying Specials.
  5. Match-Up Betting (driver or team) for single races, sessions, stages, etc.:
    – All participants being compared must start the race, session, stage, etc. for bets to stand.
    – If neither competitor has a place in the final standings of a race, session, stage, etc., the competitor with the highest number of completed laps will be deemed the winner. If all drivers complete the same number of laps, all bets will be void.
  6. First Retirement: All drivers dropping out of the race on the same lap as the first retired driver will also be deemed winners. Dead heat rules apply.
