General Rules

The term ‘Casino’ refers to the collection of gambling games that involve the customer interacting with a live or automatic dealer, a virtual slot machine or a virtual sporting event, through a gaming interface.
The results of Casino games are determined by playing cards, dice, symbols on spinning devices, random number generators (RNG) or other methods, based on the game category in question.
Various types of bets are available in Casino, and the customer can find their descriptions within the games themselves.
Bets are settled at the end of the game, based on the game result and the rules for calculating winnings, as determined by the game provider and these Rules.
If the customer has not finished the game round or the game result has not been provided by the game provider after thirty (30) days following a bet’s placement, that bet will be treated as a losing one.
The minimum and maximum stakes are independently set for each game by the game providers.
Marathonbet reserves the right to withhold any or all stakes and/or winnings due to a person, or group of persons, if it is established that:
- their account(s) is/are being used in an unfair manner;
- they have engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities;
- they have intentionally cheated;
- they have manipulated a game or the website in any unfair or fraudulent manner;
- they have taken unfair advantage of Marathonbet or its customers.
